Tannkosh 2008
Airo Aviation GMBH attended the airshow Tannkosh in Germany. Both our aircrafts AIRO1 and AIRO5 have received many good responses from visitors who attended the airshow.We were also very proud to announce that we have received, our LSA-UL airworthiness certification for AIRO1 and AIRO5.
We thank all our team member who have supported us during this period of time. More over our special thanks to Mr. Michael Huffmann, whose at last moment agreed to inspect our aircrafts. We also thank the organize of the Tannkosh Airshow and visitors who have made this show a great success!

AIRO5 in Germany
First AIRO5 for Germany was shipped last week. Brand new aircraft with DYNON glass cockpit will be exhibited from 18.-20. july on the Airshow TANNKOSH. Our german dealer GL AIRO AVIATION is looking forward to your visit !

Dr. Vijaypat Singhania visited Airo Aviation
In February 2008 Dr. Vijaypat Singhania visited our factory in United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Singhania holds a world record for his solo microlight flight from the UK to India in 1998, with flight experience of over 5,000 hours. In 1994, he won the gold medal in the Federation Aeronautique Internationale air race covering a distance of 34,000 km spanning 24 days. To mark this occasion he was conferred the rank of Hon. Air Commodore of the Indian Air Force. In 2005, he was also awarded the Gold medal of the (Royal Aero Club), and in 2006, Padma Bhushan, the third highest civilian award by the Government of India.
